We hope you will have a wonderful time in our comfortable and fully equipped house. Below you will find practical information about the rates and conditions so that everything goes smoothly.
Rates
Rental price: € 250 per night, with a minimum of 2 nights, so you will always enjoy a relaxing stay without hurry.
Extras for a carefree stay
- Linen package: € 20, - per person (mandatory). This package contains everything you need: a large and small towel, pillowcase, bottom sheet and comforter cover. No fuss, everything is taken care of for you.
- Kitchen package: € 20 (optional). A handy set with a tea towel, towel, dish towel, garbage bag, scouring sponge and two dishwasher tablets. Ideal for a worry-free kitchen experience.
- Final cleaning: € 150 (mandatory). No stress after your stay - we make sure everything is spic and span again.
Deposit
Upon arrival we require a security deposit of € 250. After departure and inspection of the house we will refund this amount within two weeks, provided that everything has been left tidy.
Payment
To confirm your reservation:
- Deposit: 40% of the total rent (including extras) within 2 weeks of booking.
- Final payment: No later than 4 weeks before arrival. We will send you a friendly reminder by email.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 90 days before arrival: 50% of the rental fee will be charged.
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the rental fee.
- From 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
Cancel? Please let us know in writing via Inco Norway AS.
Use of the property
We would like you to feel at home. The property is intended as a vacation home, and we ask you not to bring pets and not to rent the property to others without our permission.
Responsibility and Insurance
During your stay, you are responsible for any damage to the home or contents, with the exception of normal wear and tear. For extra security, we recommend travel insurance.
